Danny Ray “Cadillac” Ware was born on February 24, 1959 in Prescott, Arkansas to Harrison and Bessie Gulley Ware. He grew up in Bluff City and united with Union Grove Baptist Church early in life.
Danny Ray was a 1978 graduate of Chidester High School. He later completed truck driving school in Missouri.
Danny worked as a truck driver for Blann Trucking. He was a very active member of Holly Grove Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas where he served as youth director.
Family and friends will miss his big smile and loud laughter as well as his bright spirit. Danny Ray did it his way and did not mind telling you his true feelings.
On Wednesday, June 15, 2011 Danny Ray passed into the Lord’s embrace at his home in Holly Springs.
Because love is far greater than death, Danny Ray departs this earth in body only. His leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Mia Bowens of Arkadelphia, AR, Kim Ware of Arkadelphia, AR; two sons, Brandon (Tiffany) Ware of Arkadelphia, AR, and Keyshawn Ware of Bearden, AR; one sister, Phyllis Ware of Camden, AR; one brother, Harrison (Janice Ware) of Hampton, AR; eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.
Mr. Ware will lie in repose at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 22nd from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The last farewell and tributes to his life will be shared on Thursday, June 23rd at 11:00 a.m. Holly Grove Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas where Rev. Joe Brazil is the pastor and will preach the eulogy. Mr. Ware will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service time.
The committal service and final resting place will be in Union Grove Cemetery in Bluff City, Arkansas.
