Tara LaJuana Balch Ware was born into time on December 5, 1966, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to James Terry and Willie Ann Middleton Balch. As a young girl, she attended both Mt. Olive Baptist Church and Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was 1985 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and attended Henderson State University. She married Ronald E. Ware in 1993.Tara was a fun loving person who enjoyed fishing. She was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and Arkansas Razorbacks football team fan. She was a former employee of Petit Jean Poultry and worked hard to raise and nurture her children.
After a valiant fight with breast cancer she surrendered her soul on Monday, November 17, 2014 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Family, as well as friends, will miss her quiet strength, smile and love, but will never forget her fun-loving spirit.
Tara was welcomed to her eternal home by her mother, Willie Ann Middleton Balch, her father Terry Balch (2011); her siblings, Jacobbi Balch (2011), Terry Dionne Giles (2012), Nicole McCauley, Shalonda Balch, Bernard Balch and Roshonda Balch. Her brother Vance Dale Balch passed into the Lord’s embrace on Friday, November 14, 2014. Her grandparents Tyree and Isabella Balch.
Tara will live forever in the hearts of her husband, Ronald Ware; her children, Williedro Ware and Erica Ware; her step-mother, Alice Faye Balch; sisters, Kathy Balch, Laura (Pierre) Hunter, Teresa Arnold, Debra (Herman) Monroe, Tonya (John) Jordan, Faytisa Balch; brothers, James (Andrea) Giles, Terry D. Giles, Anthony Balch, Ethan Balch, James Terry Balch, Jr., Michael Balch, Timothy Balch, Elgin Balch, Torrey-James Balch, Eric Traylor, Keith Traylor, Thurand (Theresa) Flowers, Dion Balch; her god-mother, Dr. Marilyn Buckley; her best friend, Vera Hart; an uncle Edward (Mildred) Busby; aunts, Ima Dell Allison, Elvalyne Scott and Pam Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
An evening of remembrance for both Tara and her brother Dale will be shared at 6pm on Monday, December15, 2014 at Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Dr. Lewis A. Shepherd, Jr., will officiate. Family and friends are asked to wear pink for Tara in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and/or green which is Dale's favorite color.
