Kenny Daniel Passalaqua, Jr. was born into this world on June 15, 1985 to Kenny Passalaqua and Barbara Murphy. Kenny was a bright-eyed and energetic child who was always on the move.
He became a part of the Rainbow of Challenges family in 2003. He stole the hearts of the management team, staff and other residents. Kenny was a hard worker and enjoyed his job as a production worker at Rainbow of Junction in Caddo Valley.
Kenny was a special person; a rare “rich gift” who never met a stranger, inspired and encouraged everyone who crossed his path. Kenny’s energetic sprit and loving nature was a magnet that drew friends from all over.
On Tuesday, December 30, 2014, he passed into the Lord’s embrace. He was preceded in death by his father Kenny Passalaqua, Sr. (2001). He leaves fond memories with his parents; Barbara Hicks and Gerhard Hicks of Wickes, AR; five brothers, James Passalaqua of Caddo Valley, AR, Joseph (Kristen) Hicks of Wickes, AR, Keith Hicks of Wickes, AR, Gerhard Hicks, Jr. of Wickes, AR and Harley Davis of Arkadelphia, AR; his grandmothers, Loraine Murphy of Hatfield, AR and Marie Bullough of Fortuna, CA; special and dear friends, Henry and Jacqueline Wilson of Arkadelphia, AR, Iredell Taylor of Arkadelphia, AR, the Rainbow of Challenges family, the Arkadelphia Human Development Center family and countless friends.
Services at 11am on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at Gennesaret Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Elder Darryl Maxwell, eulogist. Interment will be in Gum Springs Cemetery.
