Joseph Graham was born to Marie Graham and Clyde Graham, Sr., on January 25, 1953. He became saved at an early age and then rededicated his life to Christ under the leadership of Rev. Roy Elliott, Jr., at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was a member of both the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Choir and the Greater Bradley District Choir. He continued to serve the Lord until the time he was called home. Joseph graduated from Harmony Grove High School of Camden, Arkansas and then attended Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was united in Holy Matrimony with Carolyn Yvonne Furlow on August 17, 1974. They were married for 43 wonderful years. He worked at the International Paper Mill for over 30 years and later worked as a consultant with Home Depot until he retired. He was preceded in death by his father Clyde Graham, Sr., four sisters, Flotilla Graham Meadough, Jean (Pone) Dean Graham Lemons, Dorothy Jean Gill and Bernice Graham Elliott. He leaves behind to cherish his precious memories a loving wife, Carolyn Graham of Camden, AR; a mother, Marie Graham of Camden, AR; four daughters, Marty (Richard) Hopson, Shelia Graham, Alicia Graham all of Camden, AR and Felicia Graham of Shreveport, LA; one son, Demetrious (Chandra) Graham of Woodbridge, VA; seven grandchildren, Sarah Hopson, Khaleel Graham, Aaron Hopson, Ethan Hopson, Littrell Jones, Aubryana McBride and Alexander Arellano; three brothers, Clyde Graham, Jr., and Jessie Graham both of Camden, AR and Robert Graham of Little Rock, AR; one sister, Patsy Norman of Sacramento, CA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:6-8New Living Translation (NLT)
