"Remembering "Bird Man"
The world was forever changed on June 24, 1979, when James A. and Clinton Bullock Campbell welcomed the birth of a little boy they named James Kirt. Kirt grew up in Arkadelphia and had many friends. Kirt accepted Christ and was a member of Victory Temple COGIC. He was that cool laid-back friend. He loved to joke around and just have a good time. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and hunting. He was a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles football fan. His energetic personality brought laughter and life. He always maintained close ties to his family and childhood friends. He was real and kept it “100”. He enjoyed being the life of the party. Kirt married his girl, Tiffany Williams on February 19, 2011. Many friends and family came to witness which was no doubt a new beginning for them both. Although he was not perfect, he strived to be a great husband, father and step-father. He loved his family and he will truly be missed. During all of his thirty-eight seasons of life, he made friends across all walks of life. He was loved and no doubt will always be remembered. Many who crossed his path will never forget the glow in his eyes and his welcoming smile. On Monday, December 11, 2017 in 38th season of life he entered into eternal rest with his family and friends at his side. Kirt was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Campbell (June 8, 2016).
