Stacy Janette Green Muhammad

February 26, 1976 — January 6, 2018

“Lil Mama” “You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.” Stacy J. Green Muhammad was born into time on February 26, 1976 to Raymond, Sr. and Laura Bell Dickens Green in Prescott, Arkansas. She was a member of Muldrew Chapel CME Church. Although she didn’t complete high school she was always loved as a classmate of Gurdon Highs Class of 1996. On March 29, 1997 she married her friend Bismillah Muhammad. Stacy loved to shop, talk on the telephone all day; every day. Her greatest joys were her children “Triple K”, Ki’Arron, Kytiona and Kiersten, as well as, spoiling her favorite nephew, “JB”. She made many sacrifices to raise them and provide for their needs and wants. She was a talented poet and skilled artist.   Stacy was fearless and fought a valiant fight against breast cancer. Her determination to live allowed her to fight for 4 years. Her strength was an encouragement to everyone she met. She was out to live every single day. She was going to live every single one of them with all the energy and grit that she could. Had she tarried longer, many would have eventually been recipients of her bubbly spirit and sense of humor.    Family, as well as friends, will miss her strength, smile and love, but will never forget her spirit and laughter. She passed into the Lord’s embrace on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs surrounded by her family. Stacy was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Green, Sr. (1992); two nephews and a niece, Calvin Brown, III. (2000), Keenon and Lillian Hatley (2010) and her brother, Steve Allen Green (October 9, 2015). Her passing leaves a huge hole in the hearts of those that knew and loved her. In addition to her adoring children,  Ki’ Arron Summerville, Kytiona Harper and Kiersten Muhammad all of Gurdon, AR; Stacy leaves behind her mother, Laura Bell Green of Gurdon, AR; her husband, Bismillah Muhammad of Newport, AR; six sisters, Myra Henry (Dorsey) of Gurdon, AR, Lori Green (John Simmons) of Gurdon, AR, Aundra Leeper (Herman) of Curtis, AR, Kathy Green (Julius Golden) of Gurdon, AR, Carla Green (Kelvin Gulley) of Gurdon, AR, Latasha Accor (Bernard Hatley) of Gurdon, AR; three brothers, Raymond (Mary) Green, Jr., of Arkadelphia, AR, Donnie Green of Gurdon, AR and L.
