January 17, 1940 — January 15, 2018

The beautiful and sweet life of Aline Thomas Carthan came to a close on Monday, January 15, 2018, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born on Wednesday, January 17, 1940 in Okolona, Arkansas to the union of L. C. Thomas and Clara McDaniel Thomas. Some of her pastimes included fishing with her family and friends, spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, canning and taking care of her cats and dogs. Aline had a personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her laughter and beautiful eyes will be missed by so many. Her passing leaves a huge hole in the hearts of those that knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, a special aunt Minnie Aings and a great-grandson, Eric Pearson.
