Steven Amos

Steven Amos was born on October 2, 1967 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the Rose Mary Amos and Freddie Wilson. He was a graduate of Fordyce High School and an employee of Danfoss in Arkadelphia. He married Wanda Smith on May 13, 2005. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Wanda of Arkadelphia; his mother and step-father, Rose Mary (Charles) Robinson of Fordyce; his father, Freddie Wilson of Oakland, CA; seven children, Jerome Warner, Damon (Ericka) Warner, Serenity Amos, Quandretta Amos all of Fordyce; Shanell (Darryl) Adams of Russellville, Jerry Smith of Little Rock, and Kiesha Smith of Arkadelphia; four grandchildren, Alaysua, Steven Jerome, Jr., Desean and Javien all of Fordyce; four sisters, Alever Amos, Jeanene Amos, Tramandra Amos, and Michelle Amos all of Fordyce; four brothers, Alray Amos, Al (Cynthia) Amos, Jerry Amos and Roy Amos all of Fordyce; one aunt, Willie Marie Moore of Fordyce; four uncles, Odell (Florence) Lawson of Arkadelphia, Wardell (Cindy) Lawson of Fordyce, Al Freddie Amos of Rosston, AR, and Carl Amos of Ft. Smith, AR; his grandmother, Mary Ellen Lawson of Fordyce, AR; a great aunt, Ola Lawson of Fordyce and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Submitted by the Amos Family. The family will receive friends and share with them the Images of Life DVD on Friday, December 3, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will join again and receive friends in Fordyce at Marks Funeral Home on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The committal service and final resting place will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Joan community. No formal funeral services are scheduled.
