Steven Amos was born on October 2, 1967 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the Rose Mary Amos and Freddie Wilson.
He was a graduate of Fordyce High School and an employee of Danfoss in Arkadelphia. He married Wanda Smith on May 13, 2005.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Wanda of Arkadelphia; his mother and step-father, Rose Mary (Charles) Robinson of Fordyce; his father, Freddie Wilson of Oakland, CA; seven children, Jerome Warner, Damon (Ericka) Warner, Serenity Amos, Quandretta Amos all of Fordyce; Shanell (Darryl) Adams of Russellville, Jerry Smith of Little Rock, and Kiesha Smith of Arkadelphia; four grandchildren, Alaysua, Steven Jerome, Jr., Desean and Javien all of Fordyce; four sisters, Alever Amos, Jeanene Amos, Tramandra Amos, and Michelle Amos all of Fordyce; four brothers, Alray Amos, Al (Cynthia) Amos, Jerry Amos and Roy Amos all of Fordyce; one aunt, Willie Marie Moore of Fordyce; four uncles, Odell (Florence) Lawson of Arkadelphia, Wardell (Cindy) Lawson of Fordyce, Al Freddie Amos of Rosston, AR, and Carl Amos of Ft. Smith, AR; his grandmother, Mary Ellen Lawson of Fordyce, AR; a great aunt, Ola Lawson of Fordyce and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.

The family will receive friends and share with them the Images of Life DVD on Friday, December 3, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will join again and receive friends in Fordyce at Marks Funeral Home on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The committal service and final resting place will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Joan
community.
No formal funeral services are scheduled.
