Andy, the twin son of Uthel and Bessie Mae Sanders Bell was born into this life minutes before his brother Randy 1961 in Gurdon, Arkansas. He was a member of New Mount Zion and Kingdom Authority Christian Ministries where he served as a Deacon. He was a 1981 graduate of Gurdon High School. While in school he played football and was a member of the track and field team where he broke relay records. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved playing dominoes, wrestling, fishing, westerns, and sports, especially football. His favorite team was the Washington Redskins, now Commanders.
He was a hardworking man. His first job was at Taylor Brothers Meat Processing Company. Then in 1983, he began working at International Paper Company Wood Products, now Georgia Pacific. He retired after 33 years. Later, he began working as a Custodian for the Arkadelphia School District and Gurdon School District. Lastly, he worked at Pactiv Evergreen until his health began to fail.
In the summer of 1977, he met the beautiful Sharon Penny, and their love story began. After a 7-year courtship, he knew that they completed each other. They were inseparable. On April 23, 1983, he married the love of his life. To this union, 3 children were born. They remained married for 40 years until the Lord called him home on November 17, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother (Herbert Bell, Sr.); sister (Annie Thomas); and sister (Shirley Loving).
Andy's memory will live forever in the hearts of his wife Sharon and his children, Andrew (Sara) Bell, Sharonda Bell, Andre' (Cierra) Bell all of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Sisters: Bessie Lee Rogers, Joyce Marie Brown, Ruby Jewel Gatlin all of Gurdon, Arkansas, and Barbara Ann Smith of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Brothers: Sammy Lee Bell and Randy Bell (twin) both of Gurdon, Arkansas. Sisters-in-Law: Lota Penny, Barbara Penny, Shar'Ron (Mark) Hearn, Christi (Keith) Nelson all of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; Darlene (Luther) Ramsey of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and Debra (Milton) Allen of Vaden, Arkansas. Brothers-in-Law: David (Vickie) Penny of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and Danell Penny of Gurdon, Arkansas. He had 10 grandchildren, 1 bonus grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Kingdom Authority Christian Ministries and New Mount Zion Church family.

Visitation will be Friday, December 1, 2023, from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm with the family hour from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Kingdom Authority Christian Ministries with Rev. Quintin C. Radford, officiating. The interment will be at Rose Hedge Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Greg Clayborn, Antonio Gatlin, Tyrone Marks, Kelin Nelson, Sharrod Hearn, David Young and Honorable to mention are his grandchildren.
