Bobbie Jamerson was born on March 30, 1948, in Lewisville, Arkansas to the union of Sid and Nellie Rose. She departed this life on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Heather Manor Rehabilitation in Hope, Arkansas.
She united with the Union Hill Baptist Church in Lewisville, Arkansas, and was a graduate of Foster High School. She worked at Red River Ammunitions and retired from Kilpsch Speakers in Hope, Arkansas. She later married Rev. Elvie Jamerson.
Bobbie was preceded in death by parents, Sid and Nellie Rose, her husband, Rev. Elvie Jamerson; two brothers, James Briggs and Peter Briggs, and a sister, Lady Grace Rose.
She leaves to cherish her memories: sisters, Shirley (Fay) Jackson of Hope, Arkansas, Linda and Rev. Johnny C. Harris of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and Joyce and Dr. Lewis A. Shepherd, Jr., of Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She also leaves an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Services will be held graveside at noon on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Union Hill Cemetery in the Boyd Hill Community, Lewisville, Arkansas.
