Fred L. Jones

Bro. Fred Liquinn Jones, was the eighth child born to the late Jessie Jones and Aljean Elliott Jones on November 28, 1962. He departed this life on December 31, 2023, in the comfort of his home.

Bro. Fred loved listening to music and his favorite song was “I’m Not Tired Yet.” He was a very generous and giving person. He was very humble and quiet, with an impeccable sense of humor. In his younger life, he loved to hunt and fish.

Bro. Fred was a faithful member of the Unity Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of Elder Jessie Lee Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memories: six brothers, Jessie Lee (Willie Mae), Eddie Ray, Rail V, Danny Joe,  Lamar (Linda), and Tim Jones, all of Camden, Arkansas; three sisters, Azzie Lee Beard (Doug), Sharon Reece (Ronnie) and Gail Porchia (Frederick), all of Camden Arkansas; one uncle, Roy V. Elliott of Little Rock, Arkansas; two aunts, Julia Porchia of Camden, Arkansas, and Evelyn Bradley of Buffalo, New York; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and a special cousin/sister from another mother, Gloria Robinson.
