Geraldine Jackson

Geraldine Green Jackson was born on September 23, 1936, in Camden, Arkansas to Lillian Green and Pearl Roberson Green. She was a modest woman who enjoyed the simple pleasures that life offered. She enjoyed reading and writing.

She passed from this life on Thursday April 28, 2022 at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her son, Lee McFadden; her sister, Mildred; two brothers, Leonard Green and Raymond Green; and her husband, James Jackson (August 1, 2021).

She leaves fond memories in the hearts of her children, Linda (Fred) Mathews of Victorville, CA, Rachel McFadden of El Centro, CA, JoAnn McFadden of Arlington, TX, Glenn McFadden of El Centro, CA and Andrew (Gladys) McFadden of Commerce City, CO; eleven grandchildren, Aiana Mathews, Corey Mathews, Christopher Kendrick, Brandon Smith, Savannah McFadden, Brian McFadden, Casey McFadden, Katrina McFadden, Joshua McFadden, Austin McFadden and Marcus McFadden and fifteen great-grandchildren; two sisters Gladys (Charles) McFarland of Dallas, TX and Barbara Bailey of Milwaukee, WI. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held graveside at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Good Hope Cemetery in Buena Vista, Arkansas.
