John L. Hogan

John L. Hogan was born May 10, 1945 to the late Elena Hogan and Mossie Hogan in Arkadelphia, Arkansas where he lived and grew up with three sisters and three brothers.

He graduated in 1963 from Peake High School and moved to Dallas, Texas to work the State Fair. Shortly afterwards John and Juanita Hogan were married in 1967. They joined one and made two children Jamella R. Hogan and Jason M. Hogan.

John departed life on November 1, 2018 at his home in care of his dear and beloved wife, Juanita Hogan and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elena Hogan; father, Mossie Hogan; three sisters, Zeola Smith, Laura Johnson and Beatrice Conerly; two brother, Willie Hogan and Charlie Hogan.

John leaves to mourn his death: his devoted wife Juanita Hogan; daughter, Janella R. Hogan; son, Jason M. Hogan; grandchildren, Markus J. Smith, Jaylan D. Smith, Caleb R. Hogan, Ari A. Hogan and Aaron J. Hogan; sister, Dora Hogan; brother, Roy Hogan and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
