Lenzy Arberry, Jr.

Lenzy Arberry Jr., was born September 22, 1942 in Mount Holly, Arkansas to Lenzy Sr. and Maple Arberry.

On February 23, 2013, he married his childhood sweetheart, Bertha Laster. Lenzy passed from this life on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Southern Pine Health & Rehabilitation in Prescott, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Virginia Arberry of Freeport IL; brothers, sister and grandson, Brandon Sims.

He leaves his beloved wife, Bertha Arberry; daughters, Bertha Arberry Freeman of Hot Springs, Janice Bell of Arkadelphia, Michelle Brown of Chidester, Loretta Brownof Hope, and Tonette (Anthony) Hopkins of Prescott; grandchildren, Brandie Arberry , Tyler Freeman, Taylor Cunningham, Asha Cunningham, Brianna Arberry, Crystal Sims, Reginald Sims, Dexter Sims, Jacob Adams, LaToya Holyfield, Madison Brown, Taron, Tabria and TaKoya Marks;  13 great-grandchildren; his brother, Archie Arberry of Las Vegas, Frankie Arberry of Hot Springs and Jesse James Arberry of Texas. He also leaves nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Good Hope AME Church Cemetery under the direction of Williams Funeral Home.
