Lucious T. Piggee (L.T.) was born on June 28, 1953, in Kennett, Missouri to Thurman Piggee and Parthena Heard. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in the Richmond Hill Community.
He worked in logging and lawn services. He enjoyed listing to blues, gospel music, and watching westerns. His contagious smile and sense of humor was the highlight of his personality.
L.T. leaves Edna A. McGuire of Dallas, TX, Margie (James) Snowden of Delight, AR, Dorothy J. Turner, Bernice Piggee, Henry Clay Piggee, and Johnny Piggee all of Dallas, TX. He also leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Public visitation will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, 1626 Logan Street. A celebration of his life will be shared at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Antioch Baptist Church in the Richmond Hill Community with Rev. Troy Hearn, officiating. Interment will be at Mitchell-Crite Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Piggee, Shaun Piggee, Ennis McGuire, Michael Beavers, Jamico Snowden, and Michael Lucas. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Snowden, Gregory McDaniel, Tommie Booker, Ray Willis, James Snowden, and Delan McCoy.
The family would like to recognize Pamela Lucas for her kind deeds shown to Lucious and ensuring his needs were being met; a special thank you to Mr. Dan Bailey for being a friend; a special recognition to Ms. Diane Faas; who was known to sometimes share Salmon and kindness to Lucious.
