Marvin Louis Huddleston was born in Griffithtown “Bobo” Community on July 9, 1962 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to RJ and Ginger Ella Huddleston. Marvin left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
He loved fishing, dogs, and hanging with his buddies. His favorite saying was “Let it do, what it do!” That quote speaks to how Marvin lived his life. He was the Life of the Party. His cool, free, wild, and feisty demeanor can never be matched. He was truly one of a kind. Although he drove his sister, Gloria, crazy with his straight-forward attitude and stubbornness, their bond was unbreakable. They always had each other’s back no matter what. His presence will be missed dearly.
At the age of 26, Marvin became the father to a beautiful baby girl named Angel Huddleston. Marvin married Glenda Magby in 1986 and together they had a beautiful daughter named Jacqueline Huddleston. He later remarried to Priscilla Walker in 1992. Together they raised two sons, Byron and Keith. The apple of his eye was his great-niece, Shyanne and they would spend countless minutes playing and talking.
Marvin passed from this life on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at The Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hot Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents, R.J. and Ginger Ella Williams Huddleston; two sisters, Bonnie Huddleston (October 25, 2015) and Lora Ann Huddleston; one brother, Robert Huddleston; his grandparents, Leroy Williams, Mary Lee Reed, Jo Ella Davis, Roosevelt “Yobi” Davis, Sr, and his great-nephew, Zaiden Gabriel Adams (2013).
