Ronald Bernard Minor

Ronald Bernard Minor passed from the life on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born to Robert Lee Armstrong and Lacyrene Minor on November 17, 1959 in Louann, Arkansas.

Ronald was a 1979 graduate of Fairview High School where he played in the football team. He was outgoing and his energy was like a magnet that drew others to him.  Friends and family often called him “Uncle Hank”. He worked as a construction worker with the Maurice Gaskin Construction Company. 

He was a Pittsburg Steelers fan and enjoyed sitting in the car and listening to music.

Memories will remain with his fiancé, Corliss Utsey of Camden; two sons, Renaldo Minor of Smackover, AR and Robert Utsey (Dominique Plummer) of Camden, AR; his grandchildren, Robert Utsey, Jr., Jordan Utsey and two other grandchildren; nine brothers, Dennis (Erica) Minor of Mobile, AL, Frederick Minor, Sr., of Camden, AR,  Randy (Catrice) Armstrong, Ray (Ms. Ray) Armstrong, Anthony Schultz, Aaron Schultz, Varie Wright, John Wright, III and Solomon Henderson; three sisters, Pam Gates (Willie) Buchanan, Hope (Osgood) Jackson, and Tasha (Jerry) McMorris. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public visitation will be shared from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020 and the family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Van Buren in Camden. Due to the COVID-19 virus and the nature of the death, we must insist that no lingering will be allowed after you have paid your respect to the family, we ask that you leave so others may have the chance to enter the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Ebenezer Cemetery in Louann, Arkansas with Rev. Maurice Gaskin, officiating. 

Pallbearers will be Frederick Minor, Jr., Devonte Minor, Maurice Gaskin, Jr., Darrell Minor, Jamie Patton and Montel Patton.
