Willie Ray Porchia, Jr.

April 15, 1991 — April 8, 2021

Willie Ray Porchia, Jr., also known as “Savage” was born in Camden, Arkansas on April 15, 1991 to Willie Porchia and Tresa Marche Wilkins. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a life-long member of Whitest Chapel Baptist Church where he was active as a youth. He attended Camden Fairview High School and made friends easily.

Willie adored his son, Mison who was no doubt was his pride and joy. He loved spending time with his family and his son more than anything. Willie enjoyed listening to music by Webbie, Boosie, Black Youngster, Future. He was a free-spirited gamer and a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.

He was always happy and rarely saw him without a smile. His personality and upbeat demeanor were infectious.  If you were down, he would lift your spirits with his kind words. He remained that way his entire life. Anyone who met Willie and really got to know him would agree that he was a special individual.  An individual that was easy to get along with, relate to, and love as a true friend. Above all, he was a hard worker. He worked as a driver and mover for All My Sons Moving Company in Dallas, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and son, Dycorius Porchia (2012).

Willie’s memory will live in the hearts of his son, Mison Amar Porchia; his parents, Tresa Wilkins and Willie Porchia; his significant other, Kizzy Baker; his sisters, Marche Watts, Latoya Scott, Cerria Bradford, and Raven Porchia; brothers, Terell Gulley and Tacory Strickland. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that will miss him.
